Betonblock® has a comprehensive range of high-quality steel moulds for the production of concrete blocks, concrete slabs, concrete retaining walls, concrete barriers and tetrapods. On top of that, Betonblock® also has a wide collection of related items, such as lifting equipment, accessories and replacement parts. All products are thoughtfully designed and produced in our own factory, which allows us to guarantee high-quality products with extremely long lifespans. 

We are best known for our concrete block moulds. With these moulds, you can quickly and easily create concrete blocks in various shapes and sizes. The moulds are sold in various sizes and different dimensions (length, width and height). They also come in various designs and shapes, with or without studs, with a sloping edge, a stepped shape, a bench or a wide flared base. Many of these shapes can also be made with dividers and cover plates, as dividers can be used to make several smaller blocks in a single mould. 

Our retaining wall moulds are the latest addition to the Betonblock range. With these moulds, you are only a step away from creating your own concrete L-shaped walls. Our L-shaped wall moulds are available from stock in two sizes. The 1 metre retaining wall mould can easily be extended to 2 metres with the separate retaining wall mould extension set or size down the 2-metre mould to 1 metre by removing the extension set. An intermediate size with dimensions 100x100x150 cm is available on request. Apart from moulds, Betonblock® also sells retaining wall clamps with a maximum lifting capacity of 3,000 and 5,000 kg. 

Concrete slab moulds are used for pouring concrete slabs. These slabs are widely used for ground surfacing and paving in industry, on private premises and in the agricultural sector.. The advantage of concrete slabs over tiles and bricks is that a single concrete slab is much bigger, keeping the surface level for longer. The slab moulds come in different sizes and thicknesses. Various lifting equipment is also available for tipping, laying and moving concrete slabs. 

Concrete barriers are used worldwide for roadblocks and road narrowing and as road separators, as well as serving to protect road workers and pedestrians from passing traffic during roadworks. The barrier is designed to absorb impact in the event of a collision rather than deflecting the vehicle. The standard barrier mould has a length of two metres. Betonblock® also sells a mould with a divider, making it possible to cast two one-metre concrete barriers in the same mould. We also have barrier connection profiles in our range to easily connect the concrete barriers. 

Tetrapods are used as coastal protection all over the world. Thanks to their clever design, concrete tetrapods come into their own as breakwaters. The force of the incoming water is reduced by breaking the waves, with the water being diverted around the concrete tetrapod and thus losing force and impact. The tetrapod moulds are available in various sizes starting from 1 metric tonne.
