How long does the concrete have to dry?

The recommended drying time for concrete is 24 hours.

Which blocks can the CL60 grab?

The CL60 can take blocks of 30, 40, 50 and 60 cm.

Which blocks can the CL80 grab?

The CL80 can take blocks of 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 cm.

What is the best surface for casting?

For the best results and maximum ease of use, we recommend a steel plate as substrate or, even better, our casting table.

What oil should be used in the mould to ensure the concrete does not stick to the mould?

We recommend release oil or release agent.

Could you make structural design calculations for my needs and wishes?

No, Betonblock does not make structural calculations, for this service we mainly refer our customers to Pelecon. Pelecon is a dedicated consultancy focused on structural design and are experts in making these calculations for our customers.
