What are the advantages of partition walls?


Partition walls are tools that allow you to produce multiple smaller concrete blocks with a standard concrete block mold. You use these half blocks, for example, at the end of a wall. By employing partition walls, you do not need smaller molds and can often save on the costs of "special" molds, for example, those with a stair shape. How are our concrete molds made?


Besides the advantages we offer as a company, we excel in the quality of our molds. We manufacture the concrete block molds using Trumpf laser robots in our own factory. For this, we use patented S355 structural steel with powder coating. This combination ensures that the molds last up to ten years, even with intensive use.

Does Betonblock® also sell concrete blocks?


Betonblock® is the supplier of all your concrete production tools. However, if you are looking for the concrete blocks themselves, we recommend inquiring with one of our customers. Betonblock® does not manufacture concrete blocks, but provides concrete plants with the opportunity to produce concrete blocks at a competitive price.

What are the advantages of Betonblock® concrete block molds?


Our high-quality concrete molds offer high quality for relatively low costs. Additionally, they are:

  • Made in our own factory;
  • Made of high-grade S355 structural steel (no plastic);

In addition, we design our products with a long lifespan (at least ten years with intensive use) as a starting point. This saves you from having to frequently replace your molds. Moreover, thanks to our handy partition wall system, you can produce smaller blocks without needing to purchase additional molds. And by ordering all your products from us, you save on delivery costs.

Our molds are also extremely suitable for processing leftover concrete. This saves you even more on disposal costs and avoids the complicated regulations surrounding the removal of waste concrete. And the best part? The products you make with leftover concrete can simply be sold. This allows you to make an extra profit!

How much does it cost to make concrete blocks with Betonblock® molds?


Due to the excellent quality and long lifespan of Betonblock® molds, they are suitable for intensive and daily use for more than ten years. If we calculate based on 250 working days per year (excluding weekends and public holidays) over ten years, this means that one mold is good for 2500 concrete blocks. Our most popular concrete block mold - the Basic 160x80x80 - costs €1675. This means you pay only €0.67 per concrete block!
