Frequently asked questions
Is pouring tetrapods more complicated than pouring concrete blocks?
The only real difference between our concrete block moulds and tetrapod moulds lies in how they open: tetrapod moulds are secured with bolt-and-nut connections. However, due to their complex shape, it’s even more important to properly vibrate the fluid concrete. This helps eliminate air bubbles and ensures that all the components are thoroughly mixed.
How do I get tetrapod moulds to my site?

How to move tetrapods after I cast them?
We recommend casting an anchor along with the blocks to ensure they can be lifted safely and effectively. Depending on the size and weight of your concrete tetrapod, using multiple anchors may be necessary. Additionally, you’ll need a lifting chain for secure handling.
