Our casting table:

Simple: a solid steel table (S355 structural steel, to be precise) measuring 250 × 125 × 8 cm. On this table, you pour your moulds full of concrete. Our casting tables feature adjustable legs, so they are always perfectly level. Yes, even on that one corner of your site where everything slopes.

A flat, clean surface is essential when casting concrete blocks. After all, the top of the poured concrete later becomes the side of the block. If the surface is not completely level, crooked and messy sides will occur. A casting table prevents this problem: you get blocks with sharp corners and a smooth finish, comparable to a neatly plastered wall. When you level the casting table using the adjustable feet, the other side of your block also becomes perfectly horizontal. For an extra-smooth finish, use our finishing screed.

You might be thinking: I already have a flat surface, so why would I specifically need this casting table? We completely understand that question, but the difference is in the details.

Concrete blocks need clean, smooth sides; otherwise, you won’t be able to stack them properly. Because during casting the concrete that forms the final side of the block initially lies at the bottom, it is crucial that the surface is tight and smooth. And while it may look flat, the naked eye does not always reveal that this isn’t the case.
