Versatile concrete moulds for stackable blocks
Within our product range, you'll discover a variety of moulds tailored for
crafting interlocking concrete blocks, available in different sizes featuring
both large and small studs. With a single mould, you can create an array of
diverse block shapes. Concrete possesses the capacity to be easily
moulded during pouring, retaining its form upon setting. We've harnessed this
property to perfection in our mould design. Thanks to practical partition
walls, you can manufacture smaller interlocking concrete blocks using a single mould.
Furthermore, our moulds are user-friendly. You simply position a mould on a
level surface, such as a steel plate or pouring table. Subsequently, concrete
is poured into the mould in the usual manner. Following the curing process,
you remove the pins and wedges, opening the mould. The concrete stackable block can
then be rotated into the desired orientation and is prepared for immediate
use. Simultaneously, the mould is primed to produce the subsequent block.
