Betonblock® has a comprehensive range of high-quality steel molds for the production of concrete blocks, concrete slabs, concrete retaining walls, concrete barriers and tetrapods. Betonblock® also offers a wide collection of related items, such as lifting equipment, accessories and replacement parts. All products are thoughtfully designed and produced in our own factory, which allows us to guarantee high-quality products with extremely long lifespans. 

We are best known for our concrete block molds. With these molds, you can quickly and easily create concrete blocks in various shapes and sizes. The molds are sold in various sizes and different dimensions (length, width and height). They also come in various designs and shapes, with or without studs, with a sloping edge, a stepped shape, a bench or a wide flared base. Many of these shapes can also be supplied with dividers and cover plates, as dividers can be used to make several smaller blocks in a single mold. 

Concrete slab molds are used for pouring concrete slabs. These slabs are widely used for ground surfacing and paving in industrial environments, on private premises and in the agricultural sector. The advantage of concrete slabs over tiles and bricks is that a single concrete slab is much bigger, keeping the surface level for longer. The slab molds come in different sizes and thicknesses. Various lifting equipment is also available for tipping, laying and moving concrete slabs. 

Concrete barriers are used worldwide for roadblocks, road narrowing, and as lane separators, as well as serving to protect road workers and pedestrians from passing traffic during roadworks. The barrier is designed to absorb impact in the event of a collision, guiding the vehicle rather than making it bounce back into traffic. The standard barrier mold is 6.5 ft long. Betonblock® also sells a mold with a divider, making it possible to cast two 3.25 ft concrete barriers in the same mold. Additionally, we offer connection profiles to easily connect the concrete barriers. 

Tetrapods are used as coastal protection all over the world. Thanks to their clever design, concrete tetrapods come into their own as breakwaters. The force of the incoming water is reduced by breaking the waves, with the water being diverted around the concrete tetrapod and thus losing force and impact. The tetrapod molds are available in various sizes starting from 1 metric ton.
