Lifting & hoisting equipment

Concrete blocks and concrete slabs are large, heavy and solid. That is why you need suitable equipment to move and transport them. The lifting and hoisting equipment from BETONBLOCK® lets you tackle this properly and easily!

Lifting beam

The advantage of a lifting beam (the CLA-2) is that the concrete block is stable and will not swing out while hoisting. Attach the lifting chains LC-2 to the lifting beam to tilt or move the concrete blocks. Mount the block clamp to the lifting beam for even more stability and more ease of use. The lifting beam can also be used to place concrete slabs.

The CL80 concrete block clamp lets you lift and move the concrete block around. 

Rotator clamp

The R1900 Rotator from BETONBLOCK® has been developed as additional equipment enabling the forklift truck to grip and rotate concrete blocks. For example, to move and set blocks aside for storage and further curing. Because the machine rotates hydraulically, the concrete block can easily be turned into the correct position. Note that the rotator is merely a tool for rotating the concrete blocks; it cannot be used to build a wall.

Lifting and turning

A lift and turn (LTM) mechanism is available for the concrete slabs. It is attached to the forklift truck to turn the slab upright (because it is poured upside-down). The lifting beam can also be used to lay the slabs.
