Lifting and hoisting equipment & accessories
Concrete blocks and concrete slabs are large, heavy and solid. That is why you need suitable equipment to move and transport them. The lifting and hoisting equipment and accessories from BETONBLOCK® let you tackle this properly and easily!
The advantage of a lifting beam (the CLA) is that the concrete is stable and will not swing out. The lifting beam is attached to the forklift truck. The concrete block clamp is suspended below it, enabling the concrete to be transported properly. Either with a lifting beam or lifting chain. The lifting beam can also be used to lay concrete slabs.
Remove the mold once your concrete block, concrete slab or other object has hardened. Want a concrete block in the right position? Of course that can be done with two tyres and the forklift’s forks. But a better alternative is the BT2500, the turner for concrete blocks.
The CL60 or CL80 concrete block clamp lets you lift the concrete block and place it on the concrete block turner. Use the block turner’s remote control to turn the block into the required position. Then the clamp is used to position the block in the correct place.
The R1900 Rotator from BETONBLOCK® has been developed as additional equipment enabling the forklift truck to grip and rotate concrete blocks. For example, to move and set blocks aside for storage and further curing. Because the machine rotates hydraulically, the concrete can easily be manoeuvred into the correct position. Note that the rotator is merely a tool for rotating the concrete blocks; it cannot be used to build a wall.
A lift and turn (LTM) mechanism is available for the concrete slabs. It is attached to the forklift truck to turn the slab upright (because it is poured upside-down). The lifting beam can also be used to lay the slabs.
